The office undertakes to appear on behalf of clients before courts, arbitration bodies, administrative bodies with judicial and administrative jurisdiction, and police departments, and to defend clients in lawsuits filed by or against them, and to carry out pleadings and related judicial procedures.
The office also undertakes all procedures for challenging judgments, such as opposition, appeal, cassation, review of all civil, criminal, Sharia and administrative judgments, and the implementation of judicial judgments and inquiries about cases.
