We have worked in various types of cases, including, but not limited to (commercial) civilian labor and arbitration cases. We had Won in judicial rulings in some commercial cases isas a judicial precedent. We have worked with many large companies in the country on various issues. We hold the arbitrators’ preparation course from the Commercial Arbitration Center for the Gulf Cooperation Council countries in the Arab Gulf states in association with the Abu Dhabi Chamber Arbitration Center and are registered with the center as a certified arbitrator. We participated in preparing the executive regulations for Federal Decree-Law No. 6 of 2015 regarding the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Authority, and the regulations were approved by the Authority. We have a cadre of lawyers and legal consultants who possess great legal and practical experience gained from working in the legal field.
